Security Deposit

At Exclusive Cars, we believe in complete transparency. We keep our deposit process straightforward, automated, and hassle-free so you can focus on enjoying your trip in Mallorca.

Car Rentals: €300 Deposit

  • Standard Deposit: €300

  • Refund: If applicable for offline bookings, the deposit is automatically released right after the vehicle is inspected.

Scooter & Motorcycle Rentals: €300 Deposit

  • Deposit Amount: €300 per vehicle.

  • When is it charged? We do not take the deposit immediately upon booking. It is authorized/processed directly before your rental start date.

  • When is it refunded? The deposit is automatically refunded / released on the following day after your rental ends and the vehicle is returned.

How Deposits Work

Simple, Automated & Safe:

All security deposits are processed via standard credit or debit card pre-authorization. Once your vehicle is returned safely and on time, our system triggers the automatic refund release. Depending on your bank, funds typically reappear in your account within 1 to 3 business days.

Vehicle Return & Key Drop-off

We make returning your rental completely effortless so you don't have to adjust your vacation schedule or wait around for our team.

1. Key & Accessory Return

  • Hotel Return: Before the end of your rental period, simply leave the vehicle key at your hotel reception desk.

  • Port & Drop-off Points: Drop the key into our secure Keybox at the designated returning location.

  • Helmets & Accessories (for Scooters): Place all helmets inside the under-seat compartment or top case. If space is tight, leave them directly with the hotel reception staff alongside the keys.

2. Vehicle Collection

  • Evening or Early Morning Pickup: You do not need to be present when we collect the vehicle!

  • Our team collects all returned cars and scooters either in the evening or early the following morning directly from the hotel parking lot, marina, or drop-off location.

  • Remember we rent on daily basis -not 24h!
