What happens if my cruise ship is delayed?
Don't worry! We closely monitor cruise schedules. If your ship arrives a bit later than planned, we will absolutely not cancel your booking. Take your time getting off the ship; your car will be safely waiting for you.

Yes. All our rentals come with an insurance built right into the standard price. Minor everyday parking scratches, surface marks, and normal wear and tear are fully covered.
For major damages, your maximum out-of-pocket liability (excess/franquicia) is strictly capped at just €300. (Not in case of drivers negligence)
No, there is absolutely zero deposit required! Unlike traditional car rental companies, we do not freeze huge amounts of money or place any stressful holds on your credit card.
To prepare your contract in advance and save you time, we only need a clear photo or copy of:
1. Your valid Driver’s License
2. Your Passport or ID card
Is there an age restriction or extra fee for young drivers?
If you hold a valid driver's license, you can rent from us. We do not charge extra "young driver" or "senior driver" surcharges. The price remains completely transparent regardless of your age or license experience.
- Driving Experience: A minimum of 1 year of driving experience (valid driver's license held for at least 12 months) is required to rent a car.
- Young Drivers (Under 25): Young drivers are welcome! A small Young Driver fee of €15 per day applies to drivers under 25 years old.
Requirements: To rent a 125cc scooter or bike, drivers must have held a valid Category B driver's license for at least 3 years (or hold a specific motorcycle license).
- International Driving Permit (IDP): If your driver's license was issued outside the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you must present an International Driving Permit alongside your national license.
- Digital Driver's Licenses: Please note that we require the physical, original driver's license at vehicle pick-up. Digital licenses, screenshots, or photocopies cannot be accepted due to local legal regulations.
